How quickly will my products arrive?

We send the same day if ordered before 3pm. Upto 4 Bottles will go by Royal Mail, over 4 bottles will be sent by courier. If your ordered goes by courier you will be emailed a tracking link to check on it's progress

How much does carriage cost?

We charge £3.99 for orders up to £30. After that, then it's free

Do you cover all of the UK?

We do, and the same charges apply. The only different for more remote parts of the country is that we might need to offer a two days service. Scottish Highlands for example. Do get in touch to check if your location is a two-day service.

Do I need a UV lamp for these products to work?

You do. Our instructions are all based on UV or LED at 36w. Other spec lamps should work, but you may need to adjust your cure times based on the manufacturer's recommendation

Do you do discounts for bulk purchase?

We offer attractive discounts for ordering over a certain amount. These are clearly marked around the site. Unfortunately, we've already gone as low as we can/ We believe strongly in a good value proposition from the very start

Do you do any other products?

Everything that we offer is listed on the site. Do sign up to our newsletter to be advised if and when more products are released

Do you offer an MSDS, are you insured?

We are insured, and we have full MSDS. Do get in touch with us for more information.

Where are you based?

We are a UK business, and all of the stock is both held and dispatched from the UK.

What if I want to return the product?

That's fine. Just return it to address on the footer of our website, but clearly, mark your order number on the package. As this will speed up the process of any refund.
